As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of Design Consultants who are at the heart of our business. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and support the performance of your team of Design Consultants, who are responsible for in-home kitchen and bath remodel consultations for residential customers. They do not generate their own leads; 80% of the qualification process is completed before their initial customer interactions.
- Lead and inspire a team of Design Consultants in conducting in-home presentations to homeowners who have expressed interest in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with a focus on closing cabinet refacing and countertop sales.
- Provide coaching and training to ensure the team effectively follows our established sales procedures and utilizes our proven scripts and systems
- Review sales schedule, issue appointments, follow up on appointment results
- Run sales appointments when necessary, shadow design consultants during in-home appointments
- Recruit, hire and train new design consultants
- Prepare sales reports and commission/ bonus reporting
- Collaborate with the team to drive technological proficiency and adaptability
- Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
- Proven sales management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow established sales scripts and systems
- Technological proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. without restrictions
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of driving

- Coordination of team schedules to ensure coverage on Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend, with alternating weekends off
